![]() ![]() I'm in the trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's "The Happening"
![]() The trailer for M. Night Shyamalan's latest endeavor, The Happening, starring Mark Wahlberg, Zoe Deschenel, and John Leguizamo, has finally been released. Here's the official URL for the film: http://www.thehappeningmovie.com. Click "Watch the trailer" to view it. I played one of seven train conductors who, about 1:15 minutes into the trailer, give Mark Wahlberg the bad news that the world is going to hell in a hand-basket. That's me in the back, giving Mark my best "Who the f**k are you?" stare. The film is scheduled for release on Friday the 13th of June, 2008. I'm psyched; can't wait to see it! Check it out!

![]() ![]() "The International" starring Clive Owen & Naomi Watts
![]() In mid-January I worked as a museum patron in the feature film The International, starring Clive Owen and Naomi Watts. We shot a full day in the Guggenheim Museum across from Central Park in New York City. Those 7AM call times are rough when you have to commute from South Jersey into NYC but, in typical style, I was early and raring to go. Throughout the day, the Assistant Director (who was German) repeatedly shouted at cast and crew in thick German accent, "Shud Up!" through a PA system. It was the funniest thing, as he sounded just like Arnold Schwarzenegger in Kindergarten Cop yelling at the five year olds in his thick German accent: "SHUD UP!" I actually expected the AD's head to explode at any minute but, alas, we wrapped before that happened. Probably happened when he got home that night! (I'd have paid money to see it!) Naomi was not on set that particular day, but I did crash right into Clive Owen in between takes. I love working in films.

![]() ![]() ![]() Networking, Events, and Estates
![]() Hi Everyone, last Monday the 10th I went to a Spark Meeting at The Prince Music Theatre. It went really well, I had the opportunity to meet with a lot of the small theatre companies in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas and was able to give them my headshot and resume. It felt great networking and really getting to meet and greet with everyone. Not only was the event good for networking but also, meeting some more people that are in the same field. Monday, March 17th I went up to West Chester to film a spokesmodel spot for Presidental Estates with Apartment Guide, that went really well. Yesterday I did an event for Teen Vogue down in Center City at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, and UARTS. The event was three hours long and was well spent. Thats about it for today!

![]() ![]() ![]() almost spring!!!
![]() My experience at Walnut Street Theatre was wonderful and valuable. Although I did not have the opportunity to perform as the understudy, It was especially satisfying to watch as the cast and director rehearsed. To see the progress and changes of the show, both in rehearsals and while running, were fascinating and a great learning experience. When do I ever just SIT for hours and simply " WATCH"? (Take my word, never!!!) There's a lot to be said for observance with silence!!!
Now that the show has closed, it's on to other endeavors. More auditions, looking forward to working in the professional theatres locally. Classes, classes, and more classes...one can never know too much!!! Enjoying working in the recording studio now, as my group is recording our 7th CD! ![]() ![]() Posted By FAITHY at 11:31 AM
![]() ![]() ![]() Opening Night
![]() "The Desperate Hours" opened last Friday, February 29th at 8:00pm, and was a huge success. We had quite a few people come out to see it, and the actors were really on there game. Overall the show went rather smoothly. We thought that an entire week off from running the show would really set us into low energy mode, but not at all. Our energy was up tonight and we once again thrust into another week of the show. Next weekend we will be closing. In other news in about a week I will be doing a script for Apartment Guide. I will also, be working an event for Teen Vogue. As well as gearing up to put The Casting Call into production, by holding a few more auditions before we start.
