The latest -
![]() I've finished my work as Agatha in the thriller feature "Malevolence: Bereavement," due for a 5/09 release in theaters.
I'm also in all 5 episodes of a Drexel thesis TV series, "University 101," in the role of Nancy, working with Felicia M Behr, ABC TV Vice President of casting. That wrapped in September and initial release will be on DUTV soon. In June, I was in Temple student Jen Schneider's short film, "Crossroads," in the great role of Suze Salazar - loved it! Tuesday I auditioned for a pharmaceutical national commercial at House Casting in NY. Thursday I was the voice over talent for the production of a corporate instructional on technical operation of their computer-controlled printing equipment. I just auditioned for a role in "Law Abiding Citizen," starring Gerard Butler, Jamie Foxx and Catherine Zeta Jones, to begin shooting in the spring. Also this spring I have the role of the Mom in Niko Paleologus' film, "With a Little Help." I began work as executive producer of "The Storyteller" in August and will have a role in it as well. ![]() Malevolence: Bereavement, in which I have the role of Agatha, is now in post-production, but I will have 1 or 2 more shoot dates to add to one of my scenes. It seems like a year ago that I went for my wardrobe and special effects fittings, but it was just October. The film is to premiere in theaters in October '08, and you can see more on it in the IMDb, including the impressive trailer.
Meanwhile, I've begun discussing a supporting role in and being a producer of another wonderfully written feature. More on that later! ![]() ![]() Posted By Andrea at 3:14 PM
![]() ![]() ![]() Two more bookings!
![]() My agent just called - I booked the supporting role in "Malevolence II" that I auditioned for on Thursday - no call-back needed. I'm thrilled because the script I read was of excellent quality and the role is substantial and challenging.
I hadn't a chance to blog it yet, but I also just booked, as of several days ago, an industrial for Unisys, which will shoot 6 miles from my home - tough to beat the convenience here! Now I'm waiting to hear about my recent call-back for another film - a cool Indie - and the writer/director is an actor who had a lead in a film in which I was his nurse... ![]() ![]() Posted By Andrea at 5:17 PM
